We don't add fragrances to our soaps. Soap is primarily used to cleanse and then wash off. Fragrances are an additive that does not improve the usability of soap and can actually cause skin irritation. If you're interested, we have a fairly verbose explanation found here.

Soap cannot be made without a caustic soda or lye. It's a necessary ingredient that is used in the process of making all soap and without it there would be no soap. However, once the soap has fully saponified, there is no lye left. The lye is consumed during a process whereby the oils are combined with the caustic soda to cause a chemical reaction that completely consumes the lye and leaves only soap and any additional unsaponifed oils. The additional oils that are left over after the process of saponification occurs are called super fat by soapers.

We use both USPS and UPS to ship our products. Our shipments normally go out on Monday and Thursday each week. Orders that occur Mon-Wed ship on Thursday and orders that occur Thurs-Sun ship out on Monday. We only sell and ship to addresses within the USA.

We accept a wide range of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apply Pay and more. Our payment system is powered by Stripe which is the leading payment processor in the USA.

We accept returns within 30 days as long as the product is unused. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
